As an Employer Support Officer, you will be maintaining accurate pension database records. From managing data to supporting and communicating with the Fund's employer, you'll be ensuring accuracy in monthly i-Connect portal data. Based on the received data, you will also process member records for new starters and leavers.
We seek an individual with exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, experience handling large data volumes, and a collaborative team spirit.

This position comes with a 15% market supplement payment for the Employer Support Principal Officer role. Employer Support Officer - role description and person specification - Grade G (29,064 - 31,021)
