We are looking for a resourceful, committed, and energetic Support Coordinator to join our friendly dedicated team at our supported living service in Fazakerley. We provide person-centred, flexible support to adults with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and physical disabilities.

Your role will include:

A minimum of 3 years' experience, and relevant qualifications are an essential requirement.
You will have excellent communication skills, a good general standard of education, and an innovative approach to providing person-centred support, which embodies Creative Support's ethos of choice, opportunity, and wellbeing.
