Support Coordinator Salary up to £28,300(depending on experience) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140 Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. What youll do Lead support planning to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin, meetings and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community
