Supporting customers with daily living activities such as preparing meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation.

Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.

Cuppas, chats and catch ups.Theres no rushing from one customer to the next here!Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

Facilitating property maintenance and Health and Safety checks.
