The Role

As a supply teacher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining learning continuity and supporting children’s development. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.

Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom expectations.

Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning atmosphere.

Liaising with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.

Providing feedback on pupil progress to support their ongoing learning.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who:

Have strong knowledge of the KS1 or KS2 National Curriculum.

Can confidently manage classrooms and uphold school behaviour policies.

Are flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments.

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised in the UK.

Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
