We are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Lancaster and the surrounding areas, who are looking for Supply Teachers to support with day-to-day cover, short-term roles, and long-term placements.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable) Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Provide feedback to departments on student progress and engagement We are looking for teachers who:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools Are confident covering a range of subjects (or specialising in one) Can quickly build rapport with students and staff Are reliable, adaptable, and professional What We Offer
