As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary age range.

Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment.

Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs.

Follow school lesson plans where provided, or confidently lead learning where necessary.

Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

*

Uphold school policies and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

*

Strong classroom management skills.

*

Confident delivering engaging lessons that motivate pupils.

*

Flexible and adaptable when working in different school environments.

*

Able to support pupils with a variety of abilities, including those with additional needs.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
