Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons following existing plans and curriculum standards. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils, promoting inclusivity and equal access to learning. Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress to the permanent teaching staff. Collaborate positively with school teams, respecting each school's ethos and policies. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere. Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK. Experience teaching in primary school settings. Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs. Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within your teaching practice. Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo one. Eligibility to work in the UK.
