Supply Teaching Assistant - South East London

Flexible Days | Primary, Secondary & Early Years | Weekly Pay

We're supporting lovely groups of schools across South East London who need reliable, caring Supply TAs to join their teams.

This is a brilliant option if you enjoy variety, want to build experience, or simply need a work pattern that fits around life. You choose the days you're free - we'll match you with schools that suit your style, strengths, and experience.

What the role looks like day to day:

• Jumping into classrooms that need an extra pair of hands
• Supporting pupils with their learning - individually or in small groups
• Helping teachers keep lessons running smoothly
• Bringing calm, kindness, and a positive attitude to busy school days
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where needed
• Making a difference - sometimes in big ways, sometimes in the little moments

No two days or schools feel the same, and that's exactly why people love working on supply.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children (doesn't have to be in a school)
• Someone approachable, patient, and upbeat
• Confidence to step into new environments
• Genuine enjoyment of working with young people

If you've worked in schools before, great - if not, but you have childcare, SEN, tutoring or youth work experience, we'd still love to chat.
