Recent, proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas-only teaching experience are not suitable). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Confident, proactive, and adaptable - ready to take the lead on short notice. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms in teaching.
