This is a critical role focused on ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, while balancing service levels and inventory efficiency.\n\nThe Business\n\nThis is a high-growth, internationally recognised brand operating across multiple regions, with a strong presence throughout EMEA.\n\nThey combine the scale of a global organisation with the pace and mindset of a challenger brand, creating an environment that is fast-moving, collaborative, and performance-driven.\n\nThe culture is built around ownership, accountability, and people who take pride in delivering results.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAs Supply Planner, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply planning across a defined product portfolio, working closely with demand planning, production partners, and internal stakeholders.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for translating forecast into actionable supply plans, identifying potential risks, and making adjustments to ensure continuity of supply.\n\nThis role requires someone who is comfortable operating at pace, making decisions, and continuously improving planning accuracy and processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain supply plans to support demand across multiple EMEA markets.\nProactively manage supply risks, including stock shortages, production delays, and demand fluctuations.\nWork closely with external manufacturing partners to manage purchase orders and production timelines.\nContinuously review inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock holding while maintaining service levels.\nSupport product launches and lifecycle changes, including phase-in and phase-out activity.\nMaintain accurate planning data within systems, ensuring reliability of outputs.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business priorities.\nMonitor performance metrics and investigate root causes of supply or inventory issues.\nDrive improvements across planning processes and supplier performance.\n\nAbout You\n\nExperience in supply planning or a similar planning function within a fast-paced environment\nStrong working knowledge of MRP is essential\nFamiliarity with planning systems such as SAP (e.g. APO, IBP) is beneficial\nAdvanced Excel skills with a strong analytical approach\nAble to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demand\nProactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems\nStrong communication skills, comfortable working across teams and functions\nSelf-motivated, with a high level of ownership and accountability\n\nInterested?
