We’re currently recruiting Supply KS1 Teachers to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across North Birmingham, covering day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term supply needs.

The Role

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate KS1 lessons

Follow lesson plans and adapt to different classroom environments

Support early learning, phonics, and foundational skills

Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines

Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are followed

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Experience teaching Key Stage 1
✔️ Patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style
✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ A professional and reliable approach to supply work

Safeguarding & Compliance

To be considered, you must:

Hold a valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to complete a new Criminal Convictions Check

Be able to provide two references, ideally:

One from your most recent employer

One character reference
