Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant – Belfast
Are you a recruiter with serious sales skills, ready to build a thriving supply chain desk from the ground up?
We're working with a fantastic client who's looking for an experienced Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant to join their Belfast team. If you've got at least three years in agency recruitment, a proven track record in sales, and the drive to create something special, this could be your next big move.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be building your own supply chain recruitment desk, developing new business relationships across Northern Ireland and beyond, and becoming the go-to consultant for supply chain talent. From procurement and logistics to operations and warehousing, you'll be connecting exceptional candidates with career-defining opportunities. This is a role for someone who's hungry, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their success.
What you need:
* Minimum three years' agency recruitment experience
* Strong sales background with a track record of winning new business
* The drive and motivation to build and own your desk
* Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience, ambition, and a competitive mindset
