Job Description
Role: Supply Chain Project Manager\n\nLocation: Warwick - Hybrid working with occasional travel around UK and Europe\n\nDuration: 12 months\n\nPay Rate: £60 - £65 P/hr OUTSIDE IR35\n\nA Snapshot of Your Day\n\nThe Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization.\n\nThe successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven track record to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.\n\nHow You'll Make an Impact\n\nDevelop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.\nExecute end-to-end supply chain processes.\nAnalyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.\nDevelop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.\nManage third-party vendors to ensure project success.\nReview project performance and present status updates to partners.\nMonitor project risks and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.\nPrepare project progress reports and escalation requests.\nManage and communicate with the various project partners \n\nWhat You Bring\n\nBachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; recognized Project Management certification is required.
Enrollment in certification program, where minimum criteria is satisfied.\n5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.\nProficient in project management software and end-to-end supply chain processes.\nKnowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and strong communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively, providing team performance insights to managers. \n\nThis position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.\n\nRullion celebrates and supports and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
