What will do you as a Supply Chain Planning Manager

* End to end supply chain planning across demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management

* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales data, promotions, seasonality & new product launches

* Build scalable planning processes and tools (S&OP / IBP) to balance service levels & cost

* Manage supplier and capacity planning, lead times, and constraints to ensure on-time, in full delivery

* Optimize inventory levels to minimize waste, spoilage, and stockouts

* Use data and KPIs to identify risks and improvement

What will you need to be a Supply Chain Planning Manager

* HCCAP qualification

* Experience working within the Food sector

* Happy to be based on site 5 days a week

* Strong analytical skills, Excel and forecasting systems experience

* Managed a small team of staff
