Description

Manage the supply chain function from end to end: Forecasting, Supply and Demand Planing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, etc.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee a team of 4-6 direct reports.
Manage supplier relationships and key stakeholders.
Lead the forecasting and planning processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to meet demand.
Analyse supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster professional growth.Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

Proven expertise in supply chain management within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG sector.
