Mathmos, the inventors and manufacturers of the iconic lava lamp, seek an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a British heritage brand, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to maintain quality and timely delivery of components and sub-assemblies. Manage all the production planning to optimise stock levels and fulfil customer demand from our different fulfilment locations. Take responsibility for all transport and logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvements across all aspects of the supply chain.

Requirements: Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven supply chain planning experience and familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. An ability to work collaboratively, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
