Supply Chain Manager

Bristol location

£90,000 - £110,000 plus 15% bonus and benefits


A Supply Chain Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials throughout the business.


This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £90,000 - £110,000 plus 15% bonus and benefits.


Overview of the Supply Chain Manager role:

  • Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies to secure supply, optimise cost, and mitigate risk in a volatile global market.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure innovation, sustainability, and performance excellence.
  • Establish governance for supplier performance management, risk assessment, and compliance with corporate standards.


Key skills and qualifications required for the Supply Chain Manager role:

  • Proven experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
