Are you a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager with a deep understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations? Our client, a UK-leading retailer, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead key supply chain initiatives and enhance operational performance across multiple supplier networks. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impact in a fast-paced, nationally recognised retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead supply chain projects with a strong focus on freight forwarding and logistics optimisation Manage and improve the end-to-end supply chain process across suppliers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders Identify bottlenecks, pain points, and inefficiencies throughout the supply chain Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to develop, track, and implement resolutions to ongoing issues Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, reporting to senior stakeholders Support transformation efforts across freight, warehousing, and distribution

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally within retail or FMCG In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics providers, and global shipping processes Strong experience working with 3PLs, freight partners, and cross-functional supply chain teams Ability to identify root causes and deliver effective, pragmatic solutions Excellent stakeholder management, supplier engagement, and communication skills Experience managing projects outside IR35 desirable
