Due to continued expansion the company have identified the need for a Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain planning and execution activities\n\nJob Summary:\n\nReporting to the Graphics Operations Director and being a key figure in the operations senior leadership team, you will lead demand planning, supply planning, stock management, logistics, capacity planning, customer delivery and the full S&OP process. The role ensures that all planning and service actions support one graphics business made up of three brands that work closely together to meet customer demand.

The Supply Chain Manager ensures strong alignment between market demand, operational capability, customer service and cost to serve.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDemand Planning and Forecasting\n\nCreate accurate forecasts using historical data, customer insights and commercial input. Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvement actions.\n\nSupply Planning and Inventory Management\n\nBuild mid-term and long-term supply plans that support demand and reflect network capability. Ensure appropriate stock levels across coating, converting and warehouse locations.

Monitor service, supply and stock measures and act when performance moves away from expected levels.\n\nCapacity and Network Management\n\nMaintain capacity models for both sites and ensure coating and converting teams understand expected load. Identify constraints and work with Operations to improve throughput, utilisation and overall network effectiveness.\n\nLogistics Management\n\nManage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure reliable and efficient delivery performance. Coordinate transport partners, warehouse teams and finishing teams across both countries.\n\nS&OP Leadership\n\nLead the full S&OP process including demand review, supply review and regional S&OPs.

Ensure clear cadence, documented actions and strong cross functional alignment. Consolidate input from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance to build one shared plan.\n\nIntegration Across the Three Brands\n\nEnsure all planning work reflects that the brands operate as one graphics business. Consolidate data, stock information, capacity information and logistics information from all locations.\n\nManagement of Different Planning Systems\n\nWork with planning teams that use different tools and ensure all plans remain accurate and consistent.

Identify risks created by system and build short term solutions while moving toward one system. Maintain a reliable view of demand, supply, stock, logistics and capacity across the entire business.\n\nWho are you:\n\n * Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply statistical models for forecasting.\n\n * Communication & Influencing: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage consensus across multiple stakeholders and regions.\n\n * Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with demand planning tools, ERP & APS systems, and advanced Excel and reporting platform like Power BI\n\n * Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain dynamics, market behaviour, and cost-to-serve principles.\n\n * Leadership & Collaboration: Strong facilitator able to lead discussions across functions, challenge constructively, and drive alignment\n\n * Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to address capacity & network challenges and adapt plans quickly in changing environments.\n\n * : Fluent English\n\n * Education and experience: 10+ years in supply planning or supply chain roles, with exposure to S&OP processes in global & matrix environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics, CPIM or similar supply chain certifications will be an advantage
