Job Description

The Supply Chain Director will lead the end-to-end design, optimisation, and performance of the Marketplace supply chain.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a scalable supply chain strategy that enables our digital marketplace to deliver exceptional customer experience, supplier efficiency, and commercial performance.

You will oversee all supplier relationships, logistics partnerships, and product category performance, ensuring the right suppliers, products, and processes are in place to support rapid growth across the platform. • Build scalable processes and frameworks that support marketplace growth and digital enablement. • Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing practices across the supply base, in line with ESG objectives. This is a key strategic leadership role, requiring strong digital and commercial capability, hands-on operational understanding, and experience managing supply networks within a marketplace or multi-supplier model.
