Key Responsibilities

Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, scorecards, and corrective actions Lead supplier quality investigations using structured problem-solving tools (e.g. 8D, Root Cause Analysis) Support new supplier qualification and onboarding activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to reduce defects and improve processes Review and approve supplier PPAPs, FAIRs, and other quality documentation Collaborate with internal teams on change management, deviations, and non-conformances Monitor and report supplier KPIs and quality trends Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements

About You

Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in a Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality role Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC) Experience working with external suppliers in a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Willingness to travel to supplier sites as required Experience in regulated or high-reliability manufacturing environmentsLead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) Six Sigma or Lean certification
