The Supplier Management team manages relationships of the most critical Technology suppliers, mitigating risk and ensuring the appropriate governance is in place whilst providing advice/support to stakeholders
You will perform a leading role in charting and embedding the FCA’s Supplier Management Framework and supplier engagement strategy and will help mature the authority's Strategic Supplier Management function.
What will you be doing?
Provide thoughtful and strategic supplier management support to Technology teams—ensuring clear oversight of performance, financials, and risks across outsourced services
Build strong partnerships through leading supplier meetings and engagements, facilitating constructive dialogue and aligning goals to drive progress
Create and nurture supplier management frameworks and tools that reflect regulatory obligations and champion the FCA’s strategic ambitions
Offer trusted guidance to senior leaders on supplier planning, bringing forward solution-oriented recommendations that foster growth and innovation
Collaborate across teams and suppliers to shape service expectations, strengthen delivery outcomes and improve resilience in fast-paced environments
Promote long-term, values-based supplier relationships that encourage shared success, continuous improvement and responsible stewardship of public resources

Minimum
Experience of leading and nurturing complex supplier partnerships in the Technology space
Experience of working with outsourced contract frameworks
Experience of interpreting analytical data
Essential
Experience of co-leading and supporting teams to deliver supplier management services, fostering alignment, resolving disputes constructively and facilitating collaborative outcomes
Experience of applying structured delivery frameworks such as RACI, with a focus on role clarity, inclusive planning, and effective coordination
Comfortable chairing and leading meetings, including stepping in on behalf of senior leadership to represent shared priorities and support strategic direction
