Are you passionate about customer service and ready to lead a dynamic team? ProCook, a renowned name in the cookware industry, is looking for a skilled Supervisor for our store in Edinburgh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership abilities while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, based in our Edinburgh store. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles. Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team. Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
