Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SuccessFactorsProject Manager with proven waterfall project delivery skills and exposure to HR systems – particularly SuccessFactors – to join a leading automotive organisation. You will play a key role in driving the implementation of a cloud-based HR solution (SAP SuccessFactors), working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

As aSuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of technical projects within the IT function, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic direction. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a proactive approach, strong governance skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the business.

This role suits aSuccessFactorsProject Manager who can confidently navigate complex HR/IT transformations, take ownership of milestones and deliverables, and foster collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, capable of keeping meetings on track, managing actions via Teams boards, and ensuring accountability across the project.

We’re looking for aSuccessFactorsProject Manager with experience managing Employee Central (EC) implementations or broader SuccessFactors modules, who can lead change, make informed decisions, and ensure smooth delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
