About the Role

If you have real D2D numbers and you can close SMB owners on the spot, this is a strong offer with a compensation plan built for high performers.


Responsibilities

  • Work mapped corridors for maximum density
  • Speak to owners/managers, run the demo, collect information, close cleanly
  • Revisit when decision-maker isn’t present (we’ll show you the cadence)
  • Track basic results (so we can optimize your route and conversions)


Qualifications

  • Experience 1+ years
  • Tablet
  • Based in London


Required Skills

  • A proven D2D closer
  • Comfortable being measured on activity and closes
  • Sharp with objections and can communicate value quickly
  • Consistent, reliable, and self-managed


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales within the SMB sector


Pay range and compensation package

Salary: £21 - £22 an hour + BONUS Fortnightly & Monthly


Compensation (High Performer Upside): £21 - £22 an hour, tied with performance. Bonus Fortnightly, Bonus Monthly, No cap.
