A great opportunity for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a major, high-profile project in Somerset.

With over 12 months of work, this role is a good opportunity for a long-term freelance position.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience in the civil engineering industry, capable of self-delivery, and substantial experience in earthworks and piling.

As Sub Agent you will:

* Be responsible for delivering schemes inception to handover.

* Contribute to the day-to-day operations on site, including labour/plant/materials allocation, temporary works, health and safety.

* Ensure that projects are completed within budget, within programme deadlines and to our clients’ technical specifications.

* Liaise regularly with Site Agents, providing programme and progress reports.

Our client requires a Sub Agent with:

* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* A good understanding of construction health and safety protocols.

* SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS.

Salary/Benefits:

* £475 - £525 per day PAYE Umbrella
