Title: Sub Agent Location: Leigh base/ Supporting Major UK Airfields (predominantly North West & Midlands) Salary: Up to £55,000+ Car/car allowance + Package Type: Permanent The Role We are recruiting a Sub Agent to support the delivery of civil engineering works across major UK airfield frameworks. Working as part of a wider project team, you will manage sections of works with individual work packages valued up to £5m, contributing to the successful delivery of a long-term programme of secured works. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a business that has a guaranteed pipeline of projects for at least the next five years. Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager with the operational delivery of allocated works
Manage site activities, subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare and review RAMS, permits to work and quality documentation
Coordinate resources, plant, materials and equipment
Monitor progress against programmes and assist with look-ahead planning
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and handover documentation
Promote compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
