Key Responsibilities: Lead site coordination and ensure smooth daily operations
Liaise with the client, producing regular progress and performance reports
Oversee and manage site QA processes, ensuring all works meet specification
Assist in short and long-term programming of works
Provide accurate reporting on project progress, resourcing, and performance
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer on civils/highways projects
Strong knowledge of highways infrastructure and site management
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Competency in QA procedures and construction programming
