Working as part of a wider project team, you will manage sections of works with individual work packages valued up to £5m, contributing to the successful delivery of a long-term programme of secured works.This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a business that has a guaranteed pipeline of projects for at least the next five years.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager with the operational delivery of allocated worksManage site activities, subcontractors and suppliersPrepare and review RAMS, permits to work and quality documentationCoordinate resources, plant, materials and equipmentMonitor progress against programmes and assist with look-ahead planningEnsure works are delivered safely, on time and within budgetMaintain accurate site records, daily diaries and handover documentationPromote compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standardsRequirementsHNC / HND / Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineCSCS card (relevant level)SMSTSExperience working for a civil engineering contractor in a similar roleStrong understanding of construction methods and quality controlAbility to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends when requiredFull UK driving licenceWhats on OfferLong-term career opportunity on major airfield frameworksExposure to technically challenging, safety-critical infrastructure worksStable employment backed by a secured 5-year workloadClear progression routes into senior site and project management rolesTPBN1_UKTJ
