Study Programme Manager for Access to HE Social Science Yeovil College is looking for an inspiring Study Programme Manager to lead our Access to HE Social Science programme. This is a meaningful opportunity to help adult learners take the next step toward university and careers in health, social care , and the social sciences , all within a supportive and forward-thinking college environment.
In this exciting and varied role, youll lead the planning , teaching , and management of the Access to HE Social Science programme , specialising in Psychology , Sociology , Criminology, Counselling, and Health Studies . Youll also contribute to the delivery and assessment of Social Science subjects across the Access to HE Nursing and Midwifery programme, including online provision. Youll coordinate curriculum delivery, monitor progress and work closely with the Access to HE Coordinator and teaching staff to ensure the highest standards of learning, assessment, and student support. From developing engaging schemes of work to leading tutorials , interviews , and course development , this role offers a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of adult education. What we're looking for:
Proven industry or relevant teacher training experience.
A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
Experience of supporting adults to learn and develop new skills.
The ability to work successfully within a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
What we offer:
Annual Salary: £30,064 up to £38,754
Full-time position , 37 hours per week , all year round.
