What You'll Be Doing: Running the Engine Build clear workflows so everyone knows what's happening and when Turn messy briefs into clear direction and production plans Keep the whole content pipeline visible and moving - no surprises, no scramble Balance fast-turn social with bigger campaign drops and BAU activity Make sure nothing slips or duplicates, even when priorities change hourly
