Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality structural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit, supporting engineers and project managers throughout all stages of design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural models in Revit for various building projects.
  • Produce detailed drawings and schedules in compliance with UK standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure models reflect design intent and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects and other consultants to manage model integration and resolve clashes.
  • Maintain BIM standards and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for planning, tender, and construction phases.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (minimum 2 years’ experience in a structural environment).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable:

  • Experience with BIM coordination tools.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with BS EN standards and BIM Level 2 requirements.
