Job Description

Revit Technician / Senior Revit Technician\nWe’re working with an award winning civil and structural engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex and specialist projects across a wide range of sectors.\nThis is a forward thinking, people focused business with a hands on, director led approach. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where technicians play a key role in project delivery and are given real exposure from early design through to construction.\nThe role - You will be responsible for producing high quality technical drawings and BIM models using Revit, supporting civil and structural engineering projects across multiple sectors.\nWorking closely with engineers and the wider design team, you’ll contribute to coordinated, buildable design solutions and play an active role in project delivery at every stage.\nKey responsibilities include\n * Producing detailed drawings, 3D models and structural detailing using Revit\n * Creating and managing BIM models to a high standard\n * Coordinating with engineers and external consultants\n * Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction\n * Assisting with resolving design and coordination issues\nYou’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including\n * Major theme park attractions and complex structural installations\n * High end residential and bespoke housing developments\n * Commercial and mixed use schemes across the UK and internationally\nAbout you\n * Experience using Revit within a civil and structural environment\n * Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and BIM processes\n * Ability to work collaboratively within a design team\n * Good attention to detail and organisational skills\nFor senior level roles\n• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior technicians\n• Ability to work independently on complex schemes
