What the role involves: Managing multiple projects and clients with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction Supporting Principal Engineers and Directors across the group Mentoring junior engineers and sharing your experience Collaborating across both offices for a dynamic and supportive working environment

What the’re looking for: Strong design experience in steelwork, RC, and masonry (Eurocode standards) Proficiency with AutoCAD, Masterseries, TEDDS A confident communicator with commercial awareness and report writing skills Someone motivated by challenge and personal growth
