The Opportunity
A fast-growing, Essex-based property and construction consultancy is seeking a Structural Engineer to join the business in a newly created in-house role.
The consultancy delivers structural engineering services across the built environment, working on domestic, residential, commercial and industrial projects. With current turnover of c.£5m and clear plans to scale significantly over the next four years, this role offers the chance to grow alongside the business and play a key part in its next phase.
The Role
You will provide structural design and engineering input across a varied project portfolio, working closely with surveyors, project managers and external design teams.
Project types include:

Domestic new builds, extensions, loft conversions and basements

Housing developments

Commercial, office and industrial schemes

Structural alterations and existing building appraisals
Key Responsibilities

Structural engineering design using masonry, steel, concrete and timber
