Excellent opportunity has arisen, perfect for a Structural Engineer, at Project Engineer Level. This role is the ideal opportunity for a Structural Engineer who holds around 3 years of experience, give or take, and who is looking for a new opportunity within a Design Consultancy.
My Client is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Construction Consultancy focussed in various areas of both design for the built-environment and construction. They can offer a unique and well-rounded experience to a Structural Engineer and offer excellent Hybrid working arrangements also. (Remote working would be considered for the right person however this would be offered on an individual basis).
Reporting into a Senior Engineer your main duties will include:
* Undertaking site visits, meetings and surveys of projects for the purpose of obtaining sufficient data to prepare structural reports and designs.
* Completing structural reports, structural design calculations and specifications
* Liaising closely with your Line Manager and/or Senior Engineers for mentoring and development.
* Liaising with clients and other third parties to interpret the needs of the design and to communicate on any issues encountered
* Communicating with Technicians to provide sufficient deign information and sketches for them to detail the project.
