Job Description
Structural Director | London | Full-Time | £100,000 – £140,000 pa
Our client is a growing, multidisciplinary design consultancy offering Civil & Structural Engineering and Landscape Architecture. The business was founded by engineers with extensive experience in leading firms across the industry. Established with a clear focus on collaboration, long-term growth and technical excellence, the business delivers the same quality and rigour as larger consultancies, but through a more personable and client-focused model.
With a strong reputation built on clear communication and consistently delivering on commitments, the consultancy has developed a loyal and diverse client base and a profitable, well-established structural engineering team. Backed by an engaged board and a healthy pipeline of work, they are now seeking a commercially astute Structural Director to lead and grow the structural discipline.
They are seeking a commercially driven, charismatic Structural Director to win new work, expand client relationships, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity offering genuine autonomy to shape the team, expand client relationships and play a meaningful role in the wider strategic direction of the business.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive salary of £100,000 – £140,000, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave, plus 3 days Christmas closure, plus bank holidays

- Life Assurance / Death in Service: 3x salary
- Employer-matched pension scheme up to 5% of salary
- Performance-based bonus incentives
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Income Protection Insurance available via salary sacrifice
