key responsibilities:
* strip and refit vehicle panels and components efficiently and safely
* remove damaged parts and prepare vehicles for repair and paint stages
* refit parts to a high standard ensuring correct alignment and finish
* inspect parts for damage and report any additional issues to the team
* work closely with panel beaters, painters, and estimators to support workflow
* maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
* ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and company standards
requirements:
* proven experience as a strip fitter / vehicle stripper in a bodyshop environment
* confident removing and refitting panels, trims, bumpers, lights and interior components
* good mechanical knowledge and strong attention to detail
* ability to work independently and as part of a team
* reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively
* full uk driving licence
