About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Strategy Consultant to join our Real World Consulting team on a short-term engagement. You will work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment alongside senior and junior colleagues, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. This is a hands-on role combining analytics, strategy, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify key client issues, translate findings into meaningful insights, and present recommendations.
• Support preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Participate in designing project approaches, methodologies, and deliverables.
• Perform independent desk research using internal and external data sources.
• Contribute to client proposals and business development activities.
• Support Real World Evidence (RWE) strategy and M&A initiatives.
• Gain exposure to multiple business areas including secondary data, medical affairs, payer & access, and integrated evidence strategy.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, business, economics, engineering, technology, or related discipline.
• 1–2+ years’ experience in healthcare or life sciences consulting (Associate level) or 6+ years (Manager level).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and workshop facilitation.
• Commercial awareness and business judgement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage own workload effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real World Evidence (RWE), market access, or pharmaceutical analytics.
• Project management experience.
• Quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience in the life sciences sector.
