The British squad boasts 16 F1 World Championship titles and continues to aim for the front of the grid.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most iconic and successful race teams in the world, Williams Racing. The Senior Associate will join the Williams Education team. Williams Education is a new venture aimed at expanding access to world‑class STEM education across the UK.The role will play a key part in building the long‑term vision of Williams Education, determining the right offerings, and ensuring each is delivered to generate meaningful impact on the UK STEM education landscape.Main DutiesConduct regular assessments of the UK education landscape and existing and innovative models for corporate involvement.Scope, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities to accelerate Williams Education using research and data analytics.Drive hypothesis‑driven quantitative and qualitative research to understand the addressable market, competitive landscape and customer needs.Identify and analyse established and emerging STEM and education organisations with compelling business models that could inform our strategy.Create operating and financial models for the growth opportunities, including commercialization approaches.Communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of cross‑functional management, c‑suite and board through clear presentations.Develop cross‑functional project plans to deliver the growth opportunities seamlessly.Identify and mitigate execution risks, escalating to leadership as necessary.Improve the process foundations for turning ideas into execution as part of the go‑to‑market strategy.Create KPIs/OKRs and dashboards to monitor each offering’s impact.Key AccountabilitiesLead cross‑functional projects and manage multiple senior stakeholders.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong data analysis skills for testing hypotheses and measuring results.Ability to manage multiple complex processes and workflows simultaneously.Excellent relationship‑building skills and willingness to collaborate across the company.Independent time management and prioritisation.Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience developing and executing business strategy (e.g., go‑to‑market, product recommendations) in a strategic/operational role, consulting firm, or investment bank; MBA is a plus.Demonstrated experience presenting data, insights and recommendations to senior executives (C‑level, VPs, etc.).Experience with a broad array of UK education organisations.Additional InformationWe fuel our team with a competitive benefits package, generous holidays, staff events, a subsidised onsite restaurant, car schemes, free parking, a gym and fitness classes, and green spaces to recharge and refocus.Join a fast‑paced, future‑thinking team that’s driving innovation and pushing engineering boundaries.Williams Racing is an equal‑opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
