ROLE OVERVIEW:

An opportunity exists to join the newly created strategic talent acquisition team at Hartree Partners. This role is critical to implementing the processes and standards of the group.

You will have experience working within a research function in recruitment or search, ideally within commodities markets, have exceptional attention to detail, and have a strong interest in delivering an outstanding, exceptional recruitment experience for candidates, recruitment partners, and colleagues.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Approaching, screening, interviewing, and managing prospective candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, and colleagues
  • Collate and share feedback and maintain momentum in recruitment processes
  • Assist in negotiating and finalizing employment offers
  • Updating and maintaining research and candidate records within our in-house system
  • Develop and maintain data standards and protocols for consistent and standardized data entry
  • Screen online applicants for advertised roles
  • Take responsibility for leading market research and competitor analysis projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients to understand their hiring needs & requirements
  • Cultivating a network within the commodities industry and keeping abreast of news and developments
  • Developing reliable sources for identifying prospective candidates


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1- 4 years’ experience within a recruitment research role
  • Experience recruiting within the commodities or financial markets space would be preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
