Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager - Global Capital
Flexible Location: Slough, UK. Warsaw, Poland. Veghel, Netherlands.

As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - Global Capital, you will lead global sourcing strategies for Mars Snacking processing equipment and related capital investments, managing an annual spend of over $400M. You’ll manage global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, and drive standardization and automation. This role will be a member of a collaborative global team.

What are we looking for? 

• Significant strategic sourcing/purchasing experience at global scale, ideally in capital investment or related fields.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Fluency in English

• Experience in engineering or supply management is beneficial.

Key Experiences:

• Developing global category strategies and value roadmaps.

• Building strong cross-functional relationships.

• Managing supplier partnerships and complex negotiations.

What will be your key responsibilities? 

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies in collaboration with global engineering and regional teams.

• Strengthen supplier relationships to drive performance, cost efficiency, and innovation.

• Negotiate and implement global/regional contracts while ensuring compliance.

• Share market insights and best practices across sourcing categories.
