Own and deliver category sourcing strategy Lead supplier negotiations and COGS reduction plans Improve service levels and supplier performance Identify new sourcing opportunities and manage tenders Manage and develop a small team Oversee P&L for core buying areas

5+ years buying experience (retail/wholesale) Strong own-label and COGS management background Proven negotiation and supplier management skills Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel Experience working in a matrix environment Confident communicator with leadership experience
