I need someone with Financial Service experience ideally Wealth Manager, below are the key components of the roleResponsibilitiesMarket Data Vendor OversightIdentify and catalogue current market data feeds managed by business teamsEngage business stakeholders to understand data needsAssess overlapping vendor feedsDrive cost savings, synergies, and vendor consolidation where possibleSupport decommissioning or renegotiation of feedsProcurement & Contractual UnderstandingWork closely with procurement teamsUnderstand contract obligations and typical market data vendor operating modelsTechnical & Data CapabilityThe role sits in the data department, so the candidate must be technically capableUnderstand data architecture and how feeds land in SnowflakeAbility to run SQL queries, investigate data, and compare feedsFamiliarity with concepts like EDP, data lakes, ingestion of PDFs, etc.Should be able to use AI/tools to automate comparisonsNot reliant on data engineers/analysts for basic tasks
