Strategic HR Business Partner – Interim

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Rate: PAYE £55.05 per hour | Umbrella £74.36 per hour

Contract: Temporary (12 Weeks)

Hours: Full-Time – 37 hours per week

Seven Resourcing is currently recruiting for three experienced Strategic HR Business Partners to join a forward-thinking organisation on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for senior HR professionals to play a key role in delivering strategic workforce solutions during a period of organisational transition.

The Role

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, support change initiatives, and deliver high-level HR strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that people strategies align with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Lead on workforce planning, organisational development, and transformation projects
• Support complex employee relations matters and ensure best practice across the organisation
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement within HR services
• Partner with managers to deliver effective people-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Strategic HR Business Partner or Senior HR Leader
• Strong background in organisational development, change management, and workforce planning
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
