Strategic Asset Management Advisor (Water/Energy/Transport)

Our award‑winning professional services client, operating in the built environment, is looking to hire a client‑facing Strategic Asset Management Advisor in the North of England. The role will be based in Leeds or Manchester within the Asset Management Advisory Services division, delivering consulting engagements to major infrastructure clients primarily in the Water, Energy, Transport and Highways sectors.

You will lead on consulting engagements and have the opportunity to progress quickly as your contributions will be highly visible.

The successful applicant will currently have:

• Asset Management consulting experience.
• Sector experience in at least one of the following: Water, Energy, Transport and/or Highways.
• Experience of ISO 55000 maturity assessments and associated improvement work.
• Experience of AMP (Asset Management Plan) / SAMP (Strategic Asset Management Plan) development.
• Experience of investment planning.

Senior Level: Mid‑Senior.
