What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Strategic Analytics Manager to join our growing Strategic Operations team. This role plays a key part in shaping how we use data to drive smarter decisions across tombola—from enhancing customer experience and regulatory compliance to improving colleague retention and long-term resource planning.
You’ll lead end-to-end analytical projects, building models, forecasts, and dashboards that guide our operational and strategic priorities. Partnering with teams across CX, Compliance, Product, HR, Finance, and more, you’ll turn insight into action and help deliver impactful, data-led change.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience & Safer Gambling
- Analyse customer journeys to uncover satisfaction drivers and risk signals
- Build predictive models to identify high-risk behaviours or self-exclusion propensity
- Produce scenario-based reporting to inform safer gambling strategies
- Monitor and model customer behaviour to flag AML and regulatory risks
- Forecast the potential impacts of regulatory change and inform resource planning
- Develop predictive attrition models to support retention strategies
- Forecast workforce needs and scenario plan for HR and Finance teams
- Create intuitive dashboards and KPI-led reporting for a range of stakeholders
- Present analytical findings and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Run stakeholder workshops to shape assumptions and metrics
- Lead the analytics elements of mid-term strategic projects (2–6 months)
- Manage delivery timelines and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure robust documentation, data integrity, and compliance with Flutter standards
- Maintain clean, scalable data pipelines and models
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics, FP&A, strategy, or operations
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus experience with BI or modelling tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, R, or Python)
- Proven experience in building predictive models (e.g. attrition, risk scoring, behaviour forecasting)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling capabilities
- Strong academic background in a numerical or analytical field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science)
- Previous exposure to compliance, safer gambling, or HR analytics would be a big plus
- Accurate forecasting of behaviour, retention, or workforce needs
- Increased adoption and automation of key dashboards and reports
- Evidence of improved outcomes (e.g. reduced risk, improved retention) linked to your analytics
- On-time, within-scope delivery of analytics-led projects
We're not just another gaming company—we build our own products, run our own customer service, and put safer gambling at the heart of everything we do. As part of Flutter Entertainment, you’ll have access to global tools and standards, while still making a direct, local impact every day.
If you're passionate about turning complex data into clear direction—and want to help shape strategic decision-making at one of the UK's most customer-focused gaming companies—we’d love to hear from you.
