Assistant Manager – Strategic Insights & Analytics - London + Hybrid working

Campion Pickworth is working with a leading professional services firm to appoint an Assistant Manager to join their Strategic Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, understand motivations, and define analytics requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of business risk monitoring initiatives from concept to operationalisation.
• Help develop and enhance the adoption of analytics tools across the organisation.
• Deliver clear, compelling narratives around data insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the growth and development of junior team members.

We are looking for someone who can bring:

• Technical experience in tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, VBA, or Tableau
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and deliver value.
• Proven project management capabilities, with experience managing the full lifecycle of analytics or transformation projects.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work around challenges to deliver outcomes.
• Experience in strategy consulting or business transformation projects would be advantageous.
