I am recruiting for a Strategic Advisor / Sales for a unique and exciting software startup with a solution to unlock the power of generative AI in the financial services industry. The company supercharges organisations to save time and boost efficiency having developed specific AI agents for Wealth Mgmt, KYC, Insurance, etc. They already have clients in production such leading Tier 1 & 2 FSI Institutions. The position Hybrid, with approx 3 days in the office in Central London. We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of the FSI market, especially strong network with Buy-side, Hedge Funds, Asset Manager, PE, VCs etc and understanding/keen interest in AI/ML technology solutions. Someone who has proven track record in closing large complex deals.

Minimum of 5-10 years of selling to Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, PE, VCS, etc. New business sales overachiever. Experience or very good understanding of AI/ML solutions. Ability to present technical solutions. Good understanding of banking processes, from Front to Middle and Back office. Excellent communication and teamwork with technical and non-technical colleagues. MBA from a leading University in Finance.
